It's hard but don't let that grudge consume you. Surround yourself with positive people, find a healthy outlet, and try to begin a journey of self discovery could be a start to defeat the grudge. There are gonna be many of times you will turn around and want to go back but you just can't. That's not the person you are anymore. Consider this a Rebirth, a new chapter of your life, a new discovery within yourself. If you just stay focused on you and your well being that grudge will not win. I know easier said than done, I hope to get there someday. In fact, I know I will and I know you will.
