Billboard Revised Chart Policy 24hrs Ago!

24HRS prior to Britney to debut at number 1, billboard revised their chart policy which allowed the Eagles to claim the number 1 spot. Billboard had a policy that would not allow exclusive CDs at sold at just one retailer chart. The Eagles sold 711,000 and the numbers could have doubled if they would have sold their CD everywhere. Britney came in at number 2 with 290,000.

I think Billboard was wrong in revising the policy 24hrs prior to the release of numbers. Britney would have been the only artist to release every studio album at number 1. She currently is the only artist to have release every album at the top two spots.
