I love Paula ya'll know this but what is this dress? It looked like a wanna be wardrobe malfunction tribute. I don't understand if it was finished in time to wear it. Either the other strap should have been down as well or the strap should have been up. Regardless she is probably gonna be made fun of as usual. Poor Paula! Also Ryan was bogus for joking about her during his host stint at the Emmy's.
