She sho would turn back time! Apparently the 61yr old singer fell down some stairs in her mansion and broke 3 toes. WHOOOPS! She is afraid that since she is 61, her toes will never heal correctly. Why is Cher so sad, if those toes are broke just buy a new pair! I mean she bought a new face, I'm sure they had toes there too.
