National Treasure Book of Secrets has taken the number 1 spot over the weekend, making 35 million at the box office. Alvin and The Chipmunks had the number 2 spot with 30 million followed by I am Legend with 27 million.
The box office was a big dud over the holiday with new movies opening and barely making any money. I guess Nicolas Cage saved the box office with his movie. But I have to say Really? Nicolas Cage? I can't stand him so I don't watch his movies. His hair plugs bother me.
