This will be my new weekly edition to the blog. Some of us have gained some weight over the past year so it's time to "lose weight for 08!" I weighed in today at 150lbs I started at 148 last year and I ended at 142 but now back to 150lbs.
So with plenty of exercise, diet, and rest I plan to lose 10lbs over the course of 10 weeks. Stay with me give me encouragement and hopefully I can achieve my goals. My weekly edition will describe my lifestyle changes in order to achieve it.
LOSE WEIGHT IN 08!
