Lose Weight for 08 (The Weigh In)

Hey guys just an update on LW408. I started my mission last week Jan 1 weighing in at 150.9lbs. I had my game face on and decided to lose the weight. My goal is 12lbs in 10 weeks which should be pretty attainable.

My frist week consisted of reducing the number of carbs in what I eat. I have not cut them out just reduced them. I would not eat pass 7:30pm but on the weekend I did have two meals pass that time. I reduced my drinking and in 7 days I have had 6 drinks including the weekend. Ya'll know that was hard since I was at a party with OPEN BAR! Now ya'll know Latinos don't reject somethin FAREEE! Especially DRINKS!

I have also worked out 5 out of the 7 days. My work out included weight training and running. I gradually increased my running from 20-30min this week. I include water in my diet as well. I drink 2 liters of water daily at work.

I stepped on the scale this morning and I heard drum rolls!

My weigh in this week is 147.5lbs!
