Here is Alanis Morissette's new single "Underneath" from her upcoming album due in stores May 20, 2008. Many have said that Alanis has lost an edge to her music since her debut "Jagged Little Pill." She was the bitter pop queen at that time and we loved it. Her CD sales have been lackluster since then with mild hits. But this may be her road back to the top. Alanis and Ryan Reynolds have called off their engagement and he is even dating someone new. I know her bitterness is coming out and she is ready to tell us again through her music.
Her new single is good with a good message but she may want to re-think this as her first single.
